The need for an award to motivate

Appreciation is part of acknowledging the existence of individuals or groups. The award is a necessity, so every human being or community that gets appreciation - in any form, formal or not - will feel the inner needs that are fulfilled. The award is at least accepted in the form of thanks.

awards are something given to individuals or groups, if they do an advantage in a particular field. Awards are usually given in the form of medals, trophies, titles, certificates, placards, or ribbons. An award is sometimes accompanied by cash prizes such as the Nobel Prize for community contributions and the Pulitzer Prize for literary awards. Awards can also be given by the community because of one's achievement without any prizes.

old people often give awards in the form of gifts to outstanding children, birthdays or other events. This simple form of appreciation is intended to maintain achievement, encourage and perpetuate positive things. With the appreciation of parents, it is believed that children's behavior remains on the path of kindness and benefits others.

In a community, organizations or village awards are often given to certain members or citizens because of kindness, dedication or innovation that is carried out. With this award, it is hoped that it can motivate and inspire other members or citizens. With this, more parties are expected to do good and exemplify.
