Many factors in our life such as lifestyle, stress, change of weather season and of course eating habits can be caused hair to lose. The reduced intake of healthy nutrients through food can cause weakened hair which leads to a slow growth of new hair too, this is a very bad condition, I believe no one like to be entrapped in this unlucky situation.

Experts suggest people who struggling with hair loss to try to deal with the problem in a natural way such as, eating foods rich in proteins, minerals: zinc, calcium, iron, and vitamins: A, B6, B9, B12 and vitamin C and drinking enough water daily.
