You should never operate a motor vehicle if you are impaired, you are risking not only your life but those of other drivers as well. This video is to provide the information you need to know about Arizona DUI Laws and how it relates to operating a motor vehicle.
If you are under the influence of anything, whether it's alcohol, marijuana, prescription drugs or even over the counter medication that has impaired your ability to operate a motor vehicle, don't be foolish, have someone else drive or wait until you are no longer under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You risk much more than just a DUI; you could be looking at manslaughter if you kill someone as a result of your reckless actions. The risk is too high, don't be a fool!
