Dubai, the world's famous tourist and fine lifestyle destination has planned to have 45 different firework shows in 36 locations across the city, with the Global Village running 7 countdowns in 5-hours.

Since the opening of Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, the tower, the Dancing Fountain beneath it, and the Burj Park grabbed the attention of enthusiasts all over the world as the city prides itself in being comprised of expatriates from almost every single country in the world if not every one of them.

However, Abu Dhabi, the country's capital and the economic power center, has promised to break the world's record of the longest fireworks running for 50 minutes, that's 10 minutes longer than last year's.

A 6000-strong swamp of drones will also be set to break the Guinness World's Record with their aerial art show.

The celebrations in the country will be aired by numerous broadcasters and social media profiles, however, attending some of the events in either cities might cost up to 12,500 UAE Dirhams (US$ 3,400) per person, if not more.

Happy New Year 2025 and wishing you all the best of the new year in health, love and prosperity.
