RE: This Is Why Paying For Upvotes Will Leave You Broke! | D.Tutorial EP. 46
@axios my channel:
Yeah that's a good idea to use dtube tag, I hope that they'll like my work, cause I see that they upvote a lot of videos :D
About steemit I know, I am working on posts so they are interesting for people, and actually that's why I entered some contests, so maybe someone more sees my profile and hopefully like my work! :D
Actually I started 2 days ago and I have 26 followers so I am really happy for it, even someone commented that he likes my picture so it really makes my heart melt :D so I guess I need some more time to get things going and maybe some day I will get more upvotes to get my steempower bigger so I can give back something to the community, cause now when I upvoted on someone that I like I gave him like 0.01 or something around :D
awesome man! congrats and welcome to the community :)
I would recommend creating an intro post using the "introduceyourself" tag. That's a great way to get a bunch of new followers and officially introduce yourself to the community. Check the tag to see some good examples of that.
Also, if you start posting consistently on dtube, then look into applying to join the @dtubedaily community. That's a great way to get support along the way.
Contests are a great way to go especially if you have great content (which seems to be the case!). Good luck man :)
I will definitely do introduceyourself, actually I thought that is pointless so I didn't do that haha, but if you say it might help I will try :D
Anyways tell me, to join @dtubedaily should I post a video every day? and another thing is how do I apply to join? I think I should consider it, cause I found dtube more fun than youtube actually, and I would love to record video in english (cause my youtube videos are in polish)
Right now on dtubedaily we've slowed down the membership process just bc we grew way too quickly. So we're inviting based off of nominations. I would start posting video more regularly as to show you are active and I'll put in a good word for you.
And yeah dtube is more fun and it's obviously a very new platform so you get a much different feel there compared to youtube.
My plan is to post a video around every two days, like I posted 1st at wednesday, then another yesterday and new one is comming tomorrow. So I'm trying to stay consitant this way, but I'm thinking to find a way to post a video every day. Dtube for me seems more relaxed, less pressure than youtube and obviously less hate, so that makes me feel more motivated to do something.
And actually dtube seems easier to get audience :D
Sounds like a solid start! Looking forward to seeing more.
It's definitely a process but if you enjoy doing it you'll find a way to post daily for sure.
And yes I fully agree - it's a LOT easier to engage with people on steemit and dtube and the monetization starts immediately which is a definite plus and a huge incentive!
Actually I have broken my plan right now :s
The actual plan was to post one pic, the next day video, next day pic, next day video etc. and I just posted 3rd photo today plus one post on the morning with photos edited by me lol :D
Yeah monetization is a cool thing, cause you can give back to the community by powering your vote or you can faster improve your gear to get more quality content! :)
