One blog post a day is plenty for me. I do do a lot of comments though. Don't work too hard.

I am the worst about neglecting sleep, even if im not doing much of anything. It catches up to you, that's for sure. I always have this feeling where I feel like i'm never doing enough and its hard not to when time is always passing you by so fast, lol. But in the end you have to do what you can, cause there is only 24 hours in a day and we are mere mortals. lol. Thumbs up!

I feel you between a baby, full time job and doing a daily dtube video I’m definitely not getting as much sleep as I used to. I guess that’s the price we pay to try and live the Dream ;)

OMG you are not alone on that. I hate when I get the call from work. lol Dude burning out is better than rusting out. No one will ever tell you to get off your ass. Just rest and be disciplined on your health and you will be good ma man! Just imagine having a family! You're lucky that you can just focus on yourself at the moment. Great realizations @kevinli

Yeah, your life seems a lot more stressful with gym as well!

I guarantee the gym is what keeping me together. Very important. There's more energy in me after the gym than if I didn't go. So its a bit counter intuitive.

Listen to your body mate, it knows what you need. I burnt out about 8 years ago and I was in bed for 6 weeks. It took me 18 months to get any where near back to normal. I really pushed it though until my body stopped me .Food and sleep , Food and sleep, Food and sleep. Good philosophy you have about it all though, take it easy Dude.

I know the feeling man!!! I slept at 4am and woke up with my sons foot in my mouth at 7am...hahaha

Get your rest man.
Don't forget you have the breaks.
It's not worth if you're suffering from all the stress.

That reminded me of when I was much younger and used to frequently go clubbing till 4am. Sometimes I just didn't bother to sleep at all - I'd have a kip at lunchtime. I would always be at my desk at 9am. Then one morning I slept in till 10.30... A few weeks later it happened again! When it happened for a third time, I was threatened with the sack. After that I got my act together and partied sensibly on weeknights.
I've been reading the book "Why we sleep" by Matthew Walker. Read it, and you'll probably never stay up late again!

There is SO MUCH scientific info in "Why We Sleep" - results of research showing that lack of sleep can lead to memory loss, reduced learning ability, even unethical behaviour, because it impacts the frontal lobe! There are indications that long-term sleep deprivation may be linked to physical health issues, even dementia.

oh lord, now I'm gonna sleep early tonight haha
