Blast From The Past 3 - Transforming Negative Beliefs!

This is a subject that I VLOG'd about quite recently. However, this video covers a lot more about how we create negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs and what you can do to transform them into amazing outcomes for your life.
When I first found out that it was important to focus on negative feelings and beliefs to get what I wanted, it didn’t make sense to me and you might be feeling that way as well. But, if you think about it there’s nothing that brings up more feelings like fear and anxiety on as well as negative thoughts such as “I will start but I’ll never finish”, “do I have it in me?”, “I failed last time so what’s different now?” And so on.
Struggling on to achieve something while these thoughts and feelings are rattling round in your head and body just makes it so much more difficult, so it’s really important to apply consciousness to them, understand why they’re there and turn these objections into objectives.
Once you are conscious of these negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, you can transform them into powerful allies to move you forwards towards your goals.
In this video, I show you how to dig deep into your subconscious mind and find the root cause of beliefs that can sabotage you in creating what you desire in your life.
This is like rewiring your brain for success - whatever that means to you.
