Hello DTube nation! Today a little video of 8 interesting Tidbits about me. What better way to introduce more about yourself than to tell some things most don't know! Conspired and inspired by the DTube Daily crowd #dtubedaily so shout out to my peeps over there. Love this crew.

Nice Vlog! I can relate to 7 and 8 myself. I grew up on a farm in a little town that's not so little these days. And meditation is a plus for myself! Thanks for this @captainbob!

Congrats on the long, happy marriage! You don't see a lot of people with a looooong happy marriage, so be grateful for that, which I know you are :)
I also meditate every single day and it's truly something that can't really be explained. You do miss it and you can see how much it affects you. If I don't do it then I feel that I'm not really mindful throughout the day...I don't know...I just feel like it's my fuel :)

By the way, what medical practice are/were you in? I never knew that, and I'm so curious about it right now!
Appreciate it man! Currently still own a medical practice that is a physician group that takes care of the elderly in nursing homes/Long Term Care communities. I have no formal medical training, I'm just the business guy :)
Oh, so you're partners with the healthcare professionals in this practice?
I have one physician partner. The physicians, nurses, etc are employees.
That was great. Loved getting to know you as a person and not just an eyeball. ;) I was born in raised in Illinois. We were neighbors. My husband and I moved south to KY, but before we bought this farm, we were looking in MO and KY bcuz land is so much more affordable.
Haha yeah I get a lot of comments about the bloodshot eyeball. Well heck, we were neighbors! So where you guys at in KY?
We are in the middle of nowhere east of Lexington. Surrounded by the beautiful hills of Ky. Perfect place to raise cattle bcuz unlike IL, you can't row crop here. It's way too hilly. They do some tobacco in some low land. We are cattle and goat farmers. Or as I like to call it "grass farmers." We raise mainly grass-fed beef/goats so we rotationally graze and the grass has to be good for that. Lots of hay ground. So instead of corn and bean fields, you see acres of hay fields. Yeah man, it has changed my life in so many ways. I am definitely more present, more aware, and more open to engaging each day. But honestly, I can say the same for what I am starting to see from the daily vlog as well to some extent. The two together are quite interesting in a good way. Thanks for the comment.
Hey Captain Bob. I just joined Dtubedaily and was going through the introduceyourself post. I have seen your videos on Dtube before, so a little unsurprising that I found you in the group 😝 ...I lived in STL for about a month and spent the first 18 yrs of my life in Oklahoma. I was confused about the red eye for a little while, so thak you for the clarification. I'm a young entrepreneur myself (one of those DNA things) so hopefully we can connect in the future and maybe collab?

What a mix of interests and jobs you got. IT...realestate and hen medicine :) all very different. Nice to see you don't stay in one place.
I think it would be awesome to see you making a video like when you are selling a house or renting out an apartment or something that has to do with medical practice :) Maybe you can teach some stuff on @dtube to others ;)
