#020 - Preparing for DLive
DLive is awesome. I'm streaming concerts from home now and spent the day figuring out how to get good audio. The Apollo Twin Duo let me down. It's unusual for me to admit technical defeat, but in the end it was the sensible thing to do, as it let me bring out the big guns - the PreSonus StudioLive16 Series 3 mixer that was been in the hallway for months doing nothing other than serving as a place to put laundry on. In fact, the wheelie box is still serving that purpose, but the mixer itself has been extricated from its wheelie box and put into use. It took the whole day, but it was worth it - the sound was really good for last night's stream!

You're welcome! It is a great mixer, but I kinda don't need it now. Or so I thought. If I can use it for DLive and keep growing, then I might just be able to keep it. As I said, I bought it for our band to do weddings and then we split up. Might sell my big speakers though - not the ones in the PO, my good ones that cost a fortune and are now sitting gathering dust.
