Start 2018 With Good Food and Good Thoughts - #Whole30 Prep 1
Let's start 2018 out right. Just like you need healthy food in your body, you need to feed your mind healthy thoughts. When you put garbage into your stomach, you have no energy, no stamina, you feel sick, and you just don't have the strength to do some of the most important things in life. The same thing can be applied to the thoughts we think. What are you dwelling on? Is it producing depression, anxiety, and frustration? If so, you have got to change your mental diet.
