Hookah district 2.0 in JB - Johor Bahru, Malaysia. What a place we just randomly walked past and right away decide to go in. Just like its name, it's a place for you to go smoke some hookah! + Drink and Eat as they have many shops all around :)
Wait, drink non-alcoholic drinks as they don't serve the alcoholic ones. The food, we had chicken chop with their Malaysian style gravy for literally RM5 !! That's so inexpensive. Not to mention RM10 Hookah.. Isn't that crazy?
It's in the area of Tan Hiok Nee and real close to Bazaar Karat.
So for sure if you're in town and look for things to do in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, this Hookah District 2.0 is totally a place to chill in the evening / night.

granted it has been a long time but the last time i used a hooka was on Khao San Road. Did they ban them?
I don't know actually. Why would they though? Is it illegal? I don't think so..
well i remember it being a taxation issue. If the government can't get their part of it , it's illegal... Not just in Thailand, but everywhere.

I like hooka but normally regret doing it the day after when my lungs are upset with me for inhaling peach or apple smoke for an hour.
My lung don't feel anything.. though I feel bad for it lol -
