Day 1824 - Journey With No Destination

New Mexico was snow covered from east to west.

Some video of my journey to the Rubber Tramp Rendevous.

I left my brother's house in Plano on December 28, 2018 to head for the Rubber Tramp Rendevous held near Quartzite, Arizona starting on January 9th and ending on the 20th. I started in motels the first 6 nights of my trip and two nights in a casino parking garage in Chandler, Arizona near Phoenix.

I arrived at the RTR site on Sunday the 6th. This video tells some of the story of my drive here.

It's been the coldest yet of my 5 years of nomading, with temperatures down to minus 2 and snowfall up to one foot. My car broke down along the way, had to be towed to Mesa, Arizona, but that didn't deter me from completing my journey to the RTR.

I did some hiking, played some poker and checked on a couple if cats that I'd seen in a campground in New Mexico about a year ago, along the way.
