Hier spreche ich mit Ludowika über den Umgang mit der Angst vor der Zeit. Wir betrachten die einzelnen Elemente Zeit, Angst und wie Du handeln kannst. Hier zeige ich mal exemplarisch meine Vorgehensweise, die ich auf andere Themen anwende.
Zeit ist ein sehr vielschichtiger Begriff.
