I can see you only joined the Steem Blockchain today so it is understandable that you've gone a bit hyper with the posting :) . I was also like you (with posting every hour) when I first joined and didn't understand the system.
Here is some advice:
Don't spam. It doesn't work here. People will very quickly ignore or even flag (downvote) you if you do that. So for your own sake, don't go around saying "follow me" on people's posts.
Relax. Look around the platform and enjoy the content on here before you start posting. Get a feel of what Steem is, how it works and all that stuff first. As you can probably already see, you don't necessarily get upvoted just because you posted something.
Steem is more about the community than what you're posting.
Authenticity is better. So instead of posting a whole bunch of YouTube Videos on here, hoping people will upvote it, why not make your own video. Maybe make an introductory post about yourself. You can still be anonymous while you do this - a lot of people are.
So in conclusion, if you want to be successful here, then find community, don't spam.
In regards to content creating. I see I will take that approach and start uploading videos. Any suggestions on equipment. Looking forward to hearing from you.
