Wouldn’t buying silver bars closer to spot price be a better investment than coins which usually have a higher mark up over spot. I have in done circumstances been able to buy coins at spot during special sales.
True, buying in bulk is wise. However, the coins still retain their "face value" and could be easily traded.
Large size bars could be a great option when it comes time to "cash out" at a good price point.
