Data has really become something we can't take for granted. Companies like facebook and google are both built on the basis of this. Facebook generates almost 8 billion dollars a quarter from advertisement because they have a humongous data about us like what we like, what we click on, links we have visited, the kind of content we share, the posts we like and so many other things about us. So we this kind of power they can optimisetgere systems to advertise to us content we will definitely be interested in. So we can't just ignore data in anyway.
Just recently there has been a slump in the cryptocurrency world because of this same thing "DATA". The popular website known as coinmarketcap.com which tracks real-time data from exchanges to give us the value of a cryptocurrency, de-listed South Korean exchanges and because of this it caused a massive sell-off in the market leading to the slump of cryptocurrency marketcap. This just happened because some data where taken away from a website because people panicked when they heard about it so they just cashed in. Data should not be misused. Because it is through data released by the press and other medias that greatly affects both the stock market and the cryptocurrency market. If you handle data, you should be aware of its power. It can actually be a force for good and also for bad. Do not give wrong data.
