People have no idea how powerful the practice of gratitude is. I challenge you to practice gratitude for 30 days. You will be amazed how different you will feel after 30 days. Happiness does not come from external things. We already have everything we need to be happy inside of us.

true, its something we were taught a long time ago with the words "give thanks to the Lord, all ye people" but few realized the value of those words and the rewards associated with those words.
Most people forget the function behind the things they were taught
To be grateful is a Biblical instruction and if practised will bring great peace! Philippians 4:4-8 " Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
