You're being played - Why the modern games industry sucks

A lot of modern games suck and seem less and less about player enjoyment and more about how the billion dollar game publishers like Electronic Arts can make even more money from the average gamer. You have to feel bad for the kids who consider this type of aggressive monetization as normal and are being manipulated by these companies and don't even realize they are being manipulated.
