Im trying to lose weight myself. However I find this very hard as I am a student and my budget for food cant really afford to eat healthy and such. So what I did is I would just limit my carbs in take and focus more on eating meat or eggs or fish. And twice or thrice a week, I devote 15 mins for exercise. I cant afford gym so I do home workout and for 5 months now, I can say Im seeing some progress and good results. Anyway, thank you for sharing your journey! Keep inspiring!
