[Overhead Squats] - November 2019

Working the OH Barbell Squats and conditioning here is necessary. I know this because I have not done this for a while and I can feel the added unconditioned stress applied to the front delts, shoulders and wrists. Start with light weights. Brace with breath and neural contraction. Focus on the foundation of feet and knee alignment. Feel the bar above your head and move with control.
