Honestly, I think tracking is essential... we can't tell our progress because we're living it every day... it's only really when you can compare to the you of a month ago can you really see any progress.

Yeah, it was definite a worry... my calves have always been a weak point for me. I have had this problem before... like after a 21 km Tough Mudder run... that took me like 2 weeks to stop my calves from being sore.
