In the US, the 5G rollout will include licensed bands in the EHF = Extremely High Frequency Spectrum like 28/39 GHz as well as UHF in the 600 MHz and 2.5 GHz ranges.
The Active Denial System operates in the 95 GHz spectrum and can pinpoint a human target and heat their skin beyond 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
