The Secret Life of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ( Part 7 )
Chapter seven
in which the techniques of extremely impudent misappropriation of state properties are shown
Now we move from an entertainment genre to a criminal genre. And now we will show you a concrete example of how Dmitry Medvedev's people steal state properties with his help.
Look at this land on Rublevo-Uspensky highway near Maslovo village. Its area is 20 hectares.
The property in Maslovo on the map
In 2011 an unremarkable organization "Garant Club" bought this land from the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation. The most striking thing about this purchase was the cost of the land — for such a massive land, especially in Rublyovka, "Garant Club" paid just 18 million rubles. We would never have known about it, if not for a bizarre breakdown in the system: the Moscow region Prosecutor's office suddenly considered the deal null and void and tried to appeal it in court.
The lawsuit of the Moscow region Prosecutor's office
What prompted the Prosecutor's office to go to court is unknown. They probably didn't examine it and didn't understand who they were dealing with. However, this was quickly explained to them, and the Prosecutor's office immediately relinquished their claims. The case was closed.
The land still belongs to "Garant Club" today:

The cadastral value of this land can be seen in an extract from the Federal Service for State Registration.
The cadastral value of the land in Maslovo
601.5 million rubles. It was sold to "Garant Club" for 18 million. That is 3% of the cadastral value.
The market value of an acre in this area is 2 million rubles, an entire plot of 20 hectares in this area in Rublyovka is worth 4 billion. It is easy to estimate that they sold it at least two hundred times cheaper than the market value.
It is impossible to imagine that the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation decided to sell an elite land of such value at a price two hundred times lower, and even to some unknown LLC. Nevertheless, it happened, and there is an explanation for this weird situation.
"Garant Club” is a subsidiary company of the "Financial Consulting Firm of "Dar" foundation" (in the diagram). "FinkonsaltingK" (FKK) has already emerged in our story — this is the office that provided the mortgage on the land beneath the estate to the agricultural complex "Mansurovo". Previously, this company was fully owned by “Dar” foundation.
Later it was re-registered as a property of the Winter Olympics sports support foundation. FKK has an important function: they receive loans and transfer money through this firm, including withdrawing it to offshore companies. But we'll talk about this later.
The Director and founder of "Garant Club" at the time of the deal was another classmate of Medvedev- Aleksey Dolgushevsky.
Aleksey Dolgushevsky
Here he is on the LSU sophomore year’s list in 1984. We see the other classmates of the current Prime Minister and the figures of our investigation Yeliseyev and Chetvertkov (Director of "Sotsgosproekt" foundation) next to him.
An order from the Dean of the LSU law faculty
In other words, Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation (it was Medvedev in 2011) sold, but in fact- gifted a huge plot of land in Rublyovka to a firm headed by Medvedev’s classmate- Dolgushevsky.
Immediately after the deal, the owner of the company was replaced by the subsidiaries of "Dar" foundation, controlled by Medvedev. This episode alone is enough for the immediate resignation of Dmitry Anatolyevich.
Now let's look at the plot captured by Medvedev's office. What was all this illegal deal about?
On a territory of 20 hectares, we see a huge house- about 3000 square meters. Something like a sports complex, farm buildings, and of course, a helipad. All this belongs to "Garant Club" LLC .

Please note that the buildings are not registered. You can see them in the photos, but documents show a clear field. So, if the houses were built before 2012, they were also included in the total cost of 18 million rubles.
During Medvedev's presidential term, the Office of the President sold a massive plot of land to a firm headed by a classmate of Medvedev for nothing. 20 hectares of land and a huge house in Rublyovka were sold 200 times cheaper than the market value. Within a few months, they were re-registered as the property of a subsidiary of "Dar" foundation, which still owns this land.
