Yes, I definitely think it's used as a weapon, not only against women, but men as well.
Addiction to it can attack having a healthy sexual relationship. It may be seen as an extension of good sex for some, but I can't help but think one or the other is going to have feelings of inferiority. That can ruin good relationships.

Second, what you have is indeed true. I lived in Japan hardly anyone has sex there! The women have to do what men do to get with someone. In the industry there, there are 10k women in the industry while they have only 30 men! That's crazy! They're so desperate for men, they're trying to get foreigners in to work it out!
