The #basics. The top athletes in the world didn’t get there by flippantly dilly dallying around. They develop their skill through #discipline and years of #repetitions of the fundamentals, the basics. Their movements and reactions appear effortless and thoughtless, but years of repetition is required to achieve such ease and fluidity. On a #ketogenic #diet, and any healthy diet, a foundation of healthy #habits & quick simple meals is vital for long term success. When I wake up, I don’t have to think about what I’m gonna eat. My meal is simple, flippin delicious, and keeps my body lean and strong. Eggs, mamas best meatballs (modified with grass-fed beef heart) from The Ketogenic Edge Cookbook, and whatever far source I prefer that day. At this point my ability to make a perfect #fried #egg may be unrivaled, not because I’m gifted, but because I practiced. What habits are you unconsciously repeating?
