and Vancouver plans to outdo every other city involved when it comes to record attendance by booking the epically huge headlining band Cypress Hill! Not only is it the 25th anniversary of 420, it’s Easter weekend, it’s the first rally POST legalization and now with Cypress Hill on board this is sure to bet the biggest 420 event anyone has ever seen. But the city of Vancouver isn’t happy about this and they want it shut down!

Oregon's legalization works pretty well.
The weird thing is that all canabis has to be tested for purity. And there testing is far better than testing done of foods. They test for pesticides, herbicides, fungus, molds, etc. Yet anyone, with a license can grow/sell it.
We do track each and every plant...so if heavily armed federal agents (AKA the DEA) invade and take State records...we're all fucked.

If it's legal then basically it's just a street festival. Can't see any grounds to stop that. And if people happen to smoke some weed at the same time, what harm.
