Only one week until our pole studio’s showcase! If you guys have been keeping up with my pole routine progress - FINALLY I have tried to run the whole 2:30 minutes together at the studio with @ginjapoleartist. Overall, I was pleased with how the practice run went, but the last spinner combo was a bit sloppy/messed up and still needs to be drilled. 2:30 minutes is a LOT of pole, I was pretty out of breath at the end! I probably need to work on my cardio skills in order to build up endurance. It’s been a while since I competed (last July) and I had forgotten how much stamina running a full routine takes. This is also the first routine that I have been learning with the counts and beats! I feel like it does make a big difference to know what count each trick or movement should land on. :P

I’m really excited for showcase - both to perform (this will be my 3rd routine ever) and to see what my pole family has come up with for their routines! Anyhow, I’ll be working on the routine some more this week! Thanks for watching friends! Steem on!

THIS IS AMAZING! The hair flicks on the beat, the big moves, when you climbed up the pole and paused in the middle for the music, it made me have all the feels... the antipation for spinning goodness to come.
I don't know how judging works, but I think I'd always judge musicality over big moves. That said, all the moves where you flip down the pole - amazing!
Also, can you remove 'SLEEP' from your last image? I don't think I'd seen any proof of that since I got here.
aw thanks my friend!! :) the musicality doesn't come naturally to me, so I'm definitely super happy to hear that you saw it come out a bit in this routine!!<3 hahah I totally do sleep, but I don't think ive been getting enough! I need to pick a day to just sleep in!
