Black Sands Beach - Sausalito, CA
This video is one of my favorite memories from 2017! It was filmed on 11/11 and took place out in nature. Two of my absolute favorite things. Nothing but magic could have transpired on this day and it did :) A few friends and I completed a couple of hikes, hung out at the beach, and spent the night at this really neat Hostel, The Marin Headlands Hostel. You can find details below:
Master number 1111: "11:11 is the number of masters. The ascended masters are sending you the message that you, yourself, are a divine aspect of the Universe, a master at being yourself.
It’s no coincidence that every year, from November 11th and up until January 11th, we’re going through a period called the months of divine trinity. All in all, this is a divine time that brings tremendous opportunities for all of us, to wake up and embrace our true divine light." - source
Black Sands Beach: "Black Sands Beach is a south-facing beach below the Marin Headlands in Golden Gate National Recreation Area. There are great views to be had just a few paces down the trail from the parking lot, but it is worth hiking the rest of the way down to this amazing black sand beach. The hike down is made easier with many wooden steps to help ease the steep grade." - source
Marin Headlands Hostel: "Five miles away, the charming seaside town of Sausalito offers shopping, dining, and superb views of San Francisco Bay. San Francisco itself is just across the Golden Gate Bridge, 5 miles south. Scenic trails in nearby Mount Tamalpais State Park and Muir Woods National Monument are popular for morning hikes that conclude with a secluded picnic in the Headlands.
Our hostel is housed in historic buildings, built in 1907 as part of Fort Barry. Guests enjoy cozy guest lounges, fully equipped kitchens, and amenities including on-site laundry and free parking. We're proud to be a certified green business." source
