Yeah brother I hear that. I was struggling for quite some time too -- but I think I'm finally getting my head above water again. Feeling energetic and ready to try hard (but not too hard -- don't want to hurt myself again).

I did a spin class today as a work thing, and I totally didn't feel like a mess.... success! Glad you've got the energies back! Gooooooooo Exhaust!
