How not to be a victim to the Einstellung Effect in business?
Always be learning new things so you never run out of ideas and things to talk about with your audience. YouTube videos, books, documentaries, etc, the more you take into your mind, the more you can then talk and share with the world. Thus generating new ideas in general, because, perhaps your customers would need to know something that you just learnt - and they would be very grateful to know it. As you learn more things you can contribute to more conversations with your audience.
