You must need to understand, you don't need to be a boss to delegate work. You've power of human for it. You deserve to it. When you try to get the life you want, you have to delegate activities that we are not happy with and do only what you love. There are three important secrets to know when delegating work to others.
- The person for you are working with needs to be thoroughly trained in the time and energy required.
- The task must be completely delegated.
- Establish a reporting or inspection system.

Let me tell u what I understood and please correct the mistakes if any.
First & foremost, v must have clarity in delegating the work to the Right Person as 2 whether he has the capability to fill the slot.
Secondly (according to the e.g. given by u) that particular employer is very fortunate bcoz she laid off a costly employee and brought in a talented high school student who did the job perfectly, but with a low investment. The secret of her success lied in delegating that job to a perfect person!

Yeah completely agree with you. We must need to find capability is who attend to our work. Actually there are so many graduated people living around the world for do perfect task with low cost. It mean still learning students. They can more practical things very deserve to current market. But experienced professional have only theory of market. They try to use oldest system. So my opinion is, we need to find who're the perfect person for bring success our business top. Thanks your feedback.
Work assigment is really an art and skill and its about knowing that who can do what and how. If once knows this skills then he can lead the people and make them work in right direction with better productivity. Proper delegation of work plays and important role and impact the outcome also.
