We're pretty excited to have our first open mic on DTube! Good riddance YouTube.

Our tune this week is another in the ARTivism category, yet this time the song has a happy ending, instead of us depressing you the whole time.

"Nyanya Wind Talker Woman" is a collaboration between a dear friend, Jean Pierre De Mante La Jolie, and ourselves. Jean was very inspired one night and wrote a poem for his late wife Nyanya, who was a fierce advocate for Indigenous rights all over the Earth. She was a Native American woman who fought for freedom and equality her whole life. Jean approached us and asked if we would make his beautiful poem into a song and of course we said yes. It's a deep honour!

Murder on the Palestinians, Moluccan's destruction of the Indian Nations
The genocide continuing, Dancers of death
Murder on the lands, with the next breath

Crazed oppressors wielding the sword of hateful greed,
Thou shalt kill in the name of the chosen's deceit.
The Sheep and the Cattle can't keep from milling,
Some are more than ready some aren't willing.

Their violence works,
It hardly ever fails
New world order, is an old world lie.
Fighting for peace, see how they die.

Mother Earth Woman can’t take the abuse

The self proclaimed chosen ones,
Invented Zionism and Manifest Destiny,
To bring the people of Palestine, The Moluccas, and Turtle Island to their knees.

Uniting with the Earth Children of Palestine
