Litecoin and DASH will gain traction very fast if BTC and ETH networks are clogged like they are right now for long. Love the Cryptokitties app and also the BTC mania. Look forward to Litecoin at $500 and DASH at $2000 in early 2018.
Stop playing Cryptokitties so I can get my tokens! It's shocking to me the transaction fees and delays aren't doing anything to slow down Bitcoin's run, but I think now we're seeing some of that money flow into LTC. $145 as I write this. HODL.
Good transport is just as important as good security. Cryptokitties is a good example of how unexpected traffic can damage a token. BTC and ETH and ERC20 will always have utility and therefor value, but everyone is giving network optimization a very critical look.
Litecoin still has a lot of moving to do before this year is over. And just wait for LN, MAST and Atomic Swaps to be launched... I hope Charlie Lee can live without breathing cuz that bitch is gonna be space bound in no time!
Of course, upcoming Automic swaps, Confidential Transactions, Smart Contracts and Color coins will change everything. Also the network is currently processing way more transactions than it use to become.

Yup, you hit the nail on the head, 2018 is the year where cryptos with DEMONSTRABLE real-world use-cases will reign as kings. Litecoin is one of the safer bets in this regard.
Yeah, as of now sitting at almost 200$. It will close the ratio with BTC by considerable margin in 2018.

Bitcoin is just a storage of value !!! Future is hold BTC, convert btc to ltc using atomic swap and transact with litening speeds !!! This is what future holds !!!
Litecoin MAST will also be interesting. We may very well see litecoin compete OR compliment not only bitcoin but also ethereum in the somewhat near future.
