Photoshop Tutorial #1 - Soft Glow Effect

Hey guys!

I cooked up a small tutorial for anyone new to photoshop. This tutorial is for beginners, but even if you have been using photoshop and want to pick up this neat effect, have a look at the video. (Pardon the audio, still getting around using the new mic).
