Operation Vigilant Eagle - Mental Illness vs Gun Control

Giving government the power to ban Americans from owning guns because they are "mentally ill" could simply be based on a person who has a unpopular political belief, or deviates from social construct is a poor way to gain control of civil liberties and take away the second amendment.
