Make cream yourself
Cream must not be missing. They are used as an accompaniment to pudding, cakes, fruit, waffles and ice cream.
Confectioners use the whipped cream also as a garnish or filling for cakes or as a basis for cream creams.
But also in hot drinks such as cocoa, some cream is added.
For the cream you need:
- whipped cream (about 30% fat content)
- Sahnesteif
- Vanilla sugar
- Mascarpone
