@kenanqhd, very nice question. Let me try to answer your question...at least I will try to explain you my view. So, that are the points I want to outline:
The speech of the founder of Partiko was held during the Conference Day #2. It was in ICE Krakow Congress Center. There were 3 very very big rooms. So, at the same time there were different speeches in the different rooms. Also, there were something like workshops for communities. So, people just used to walk from one room to another...
The speech of the founder of Partiko was in the main room оr hall (the biggest one). So, there were a lot of seats. Also in the back of this hall there were special place where you can bring your cup of coffee or drinks and food the presentation from there. I was almost all of the time there. In the video you cannot see this part of the hall.
Also, keep in mind that during the Conference days the speeches started at let's say 9:30 a.m. But usually at night most of the Steemians were in bars, clubs untill 3 or 4 or 6 a.m. :). So, many people couldn't wake up so early :)))))). I used to sleep on average 3-4 hours a night in order to be able to visit the speeches and to be at night in the clubs, bars :).
