Vlog 29 OCT 19- I'm Happy

It's been a long time coming but I am actually happy. And for no real reason. For too long I have been seeking happiness in external things. Whether they be relationships, money, work, or booze.

Over the last few days, I have realized that I have been walking around happy. It is a very odd experience, but one that I hope to continue.
