thank you for the shout out @hauptmann. I love the video and your stories about your kids. I recognise what you are saying.
We started both our kids out with balance bikes (no supports and no pedals). it really helped them getting balanced. after they were confident on that, learning to cycle became a matter of days.
As for learning from each other, yes there is an interesting point in kids wanting to learn things they see others do. our youngest daughter also learned things very quickly in part because she wanted (or still wants) to emulate her older sibling.
It gets to the point where she gets frustrated if things don't go her way. Looking up to and wanting to be like your older peers certainly gives that extra ummpf in learning.
