What I think is happening here is that, they are trying to invest in ripple and pump it. When the price goes high and everyone begins to invest in ripple. They will sell theirs in exchange for bitcoin and Ethereum, then ripple will dump. Leaving the masses with Ripple while they bask and enjoy with their gains in Bitcoin and Ethereum.
They do this for decades. Banking. IPo pre IPo investors only at low price. Sell, market panic, buy all back. Get Buffett to talk on press. Pump again. Coincide with some major event. Panic. Price down. Use bailout money to buy all at lowest prices again. Sell at 2017. Crash 2018. Bailout and bonus. Buy all again 2019.
