Landlord tries to bust SXSW party calls COPS and they end up SKATING with us

Purple wax was throwing a skate event in austin texas and as the volume of the music and the people grew the landlord tried to bust our party by calling the cops. What he didnt understand is that under the lease everything we were doing that night remained within the guidelines of the contract. Long story short the police officers told the landlord there was nothing they could do and they started skating with us for like 30 minutes lol. The landlord was so upset he left red-hot.
