@hajevoy60 presents: pumpkin pancakes - a recipe of the ancient...
Pumpkin is a very valuable product. It has been used by Ukrainians for many hundreds of years. It is a well of vitamins and trace elements. My grandmother made pumpkin porridge from him. Basis for porridge consisted of rice, millet or se. semolina. Nowadays, pumpkin is simply boiled and added to oatmeal.
I thought, if you make different pancakes from potatoes, zucchini or just milk, why not make pumpkin pancakes. My daughter Victoria and I tried to do this ...
And here's what came out:
Here's a shabby pumpkin
Next, soda soda with vinegar - to make the pancakes puffy
Then I add the flour and eggs so that the pancakes are well fried and not spread
Then I mix everything thoroughly with my magic wooden spoon
Then I spread the semi-finished product into a frying pan and give them a proper look
And finally I put the pancakes on a big dish - the dish is ready!
My daughter tasted my creation of cooking:)
Thank you for your time @hajevoy60!
Looks but like mashed potato and I think I'll like it.
I've to remember to check out what monkey means here.
ace108 It was a mistake (SHIT Google translate), it was not a monkey but a semolina.
In the Ukrainian language, these are close words.
ah... got me worried for a while.
