I strongly believe in digital currency that is NOT centralized.
However I have one question to ask....

What do you think the value of Gold vs Bitcoin when you have a total collapse including the collapse of the grid where you can't access the internet because there is no electricity....

Bitcoin would be pretty much worthless in the scenario.
