She is a Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka, it's a bit rare breed still, not recognized by the FCI, but in parts of Europe it is already included in the official breeds. It was first bred in Soviet Union in the 1950s.

I liked editing it. It was a bit of work to find a tune to fit the video with, but I eventually found one I could use at arhcive.org.

Small dogs are the best. Especially if you live in a small apartment in an urban area.
