I talk about a few key points when it comes to court ordered child support. One being that it's a giant wealth exchange, taking from one person to give it to another to do with as they please.
It's a bonafide Racket (crime), a systematised element of organized crime. Racketeering is when organized groups run illegal businesses, known as “rackets,” or when an organized crime ring uses legitimate organizations to embezzle funds. Such activities can have devastating consequences for both public and private institutions.
If a man finds himself in child support arrears, he's at risk of losing his driver's license, having lien filed against his property and/or tax returns siezed, and even up to 6 months of jail time. It's a legalized debt prison, that they use the cover story of you being in "contempt of court child support."
