THE TOWER OF GAINZ! (15 POUND FOOD CHALLENGE)
I don't always eat crazy foods, sometimes I capacity train with some "clean" foods just like a bodybuilder ;) In this challenge I eat 15 lbs of broccoli, rice and chicken in just over an hour! This is definitely one of the larger challenges I did recently and because of the density of the food it's a really great way to train my stomach's capacity so I can handle large challenges like this.
