It does appear to depend on the individual running the business. I am learning more and more about how to run a business. The ethics need to change not and at attitude for sure 💯🐒
Some people want to make money out of others and others was to provide a service to other and happen to make money. I think you can tell how genuine a person is in regard to this approach buy the quality of their produce and their interaction with the customer. I will always pay more for a better service if I have the opportunity 💯🐒

Absolutely, culture is nothing more than the values of the people on top.
