Hey thanks for watching, don't forget to like and subscribe. In this video I'm going to be buying the stock ARR (ARMOUR Residential REIT). It costs about $20, but the cool thing is that it pays monthly dividends and the annual yield is about 10%.

I think it's pretty good and may end up buying another share next round. I also was able to notice that Robinhood will be introducing fractional share purchases, which is huge! I am on the waiting list, but it probably won't be soon. I just wanted to let you know and will let you know when I'm able to purchase fractional shares.

As always do your own research and see if that's something you'd be interested in investing in. I'm doing these videos to see how much you can make with a small budget.
