Let's be real, Bitcoin would not have "came out of it stronger" had it not been for the software upgrade. It's the oldest, so more people have stakes in it, but it's far from having the best technology. It won't be there forever, that's for sure.
Very true, bitcoin will come out of this and surge even higher than $5,000 :)
If anything, this will nicely redistribute the hoarding they have been doing as they try to sell. Or better yet, they STILL hold and the scarcity bumps the price.
Now more chinese money will go out for BITCOIN.

China does scare BTC, but not for long! This volatility is an incredible sign though, it shows how early BTC is in it's lifecycle -- and it's already garnering attention from countries and multi-national banks.
I agree with you man, the problem I see is that the central bankers are going to move and move really hard against crypto's. It's all about control, I'm hoping the community continues its resistance.

You nailed it when you said if central banks buy all the bitcoin, it will drive the price up and we will just switch over to a new currency. I never looked at crypto with that perspective.
