Another way, infact the only way to do better on here is you make more posts like your intro post. That was an awesome one, I mean had I seen that as I was browsing it probably would ave got my upvote and who knows, maybe a randowhale vote.
Il be honest, everyone can see everything on here and when people see you copy and paste the same thing to 15 other people, it will make them not want anything to do with your profile bud. Trust me, the only way to make it work on here is to post quality content and keep at it. I thought I could make alot of money here when I first got here but I quickly realized that its going to take more than a few months to even just get momentum on here. Just my advice man but if you really want more people to follow you and and you want to make it on steemit, let me know and I can try help but that copy past you do which I see in your comment section doesnt impress anyone, and my advice is to not do that if you want to make it on here... just saying
